Which step are you on? Have the asked about the personal account stuff? If yes, then they are on the final stage of looking making sure all info is right. If you haven't received a replay within 14 days from the day you first send the ticket feel free to send a PM to Muldar on forums.

Support answered me in 1 day - a friday - and fixed my problems directly after weekend. Very good job from support.
