Email problems - no reply from support

It has been over a week since I have emailed
[email protected] about my account-email issues and still haven't gotten a reply. It is an urgent issue to me and I find it astonishing how unprofessional a company can be. Make customer service your priority, the delay for a reply should not exceed 3 days!
Can an admin on the forum please help me before the weekend arrives and everyone goes on their 2 day vacation, thank you in advance

There is currently a delay on Support email due to workload and absences of team members.
Support aims to reply to all emails within 7 - 14 days.
Please ensure your email includes all necessary account information such as:
• Account Username
• Registered email
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

Thank you very much, I actually know my character's details and can access it, but am having problems with changing the e mail on it.

So long as you include the current email, what you would like it updated to and relevant account information should be a quick switch for them.
