#2Getting a email from support saying " hello, this account doesn't appear to have been disabled" then getting an email next morning saying you been ban for "reason of trading with people."

#3I've spent over 400$ and then got banned, all of my stuff was gone when I got unbanned, but the first email they sent me when it asked plat purchases and I put 400$+ . They said that there was no plat bought on account when I sure enough have receipts. So I lied on the email back saying I spent 200 and not 400 and they unbanned me, like wtf. They are still taking their 3month holiday break, I know that for sure
