Cannot connect to server - Please try again later

Why am I receiving the message, "Cannot connect to server"? WiFi is working. I've never had this message before and now I cannot log in and play. My character name is Amiera, please fix it.

Which server is this on?
Are you still having this problem?
Can you connect on other data connections?

It let me on for a few days and now it isn't. WiFi is connected because I am sending this from the same mobile device.
Why does this happen?
