Apparently this is the only way to contact an administrator. Which i find ridiculous.

I tried to register in -game but it was unresponsive. So i registered my username on the site, verified my email address, opened the game to log in, was told my "username or password is incorrect" which was false. So i tried a couple more times with the same result. Tried to change my password through the game menu, it said my username was incorrect. False again. Came back to the site, changed my password, went back to the game, still says "username or password is incorrect". My friend adores this game, i want to play it with her, i'm getting extremely frustrated. Help me.

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
