I need help! I am on fingal server. Two days ago, I logged out of game. When I came back a short time later, one of my toons, Mrs Hyde, was gone from my list of toons in my main screen. I submitted a support ticket to attempt to get it restored, but I have not heard back yet. I was not overly concerned yet, thinking someone would get to it in soon.

I just logged into the game to find another toon missing. This time, it is soe warehouse, my clan bank. This one is extremely upsetting. I am about to file another claim ticket on the newest missing toon.

Has this happened to anyone else? What is the average wait time for a response on a support ticket? I'm extremely stressed to tell my clan mates that this has happened... Thanks for any help or advice anyone has to offer.

In the event of suspicious activity on your account I would advise changing your password immediately.

The Support Team have restored your characters and you will be able to access them from character select.

Thank you very much. I changed the password immediately after the second time. I suspect it was somehow due to only going to the main screen and closing my new tablet, though. I will be completely exiting the game on that device in the future.

The missing clan bank situation seems to have only caused the loss of only one member with a minimal amount of ugly words.. lol.
