Substantial Offer Is Not Completing. Did I Get Scammed By Fyber?

I have completed an offer for Fyber which was a 1127 platinum reward for getting to Level 15 Headquarters. I did so after a week of slow progress and decided to purchase a booster pack for $7-8. After completing my Level 15 Headquarters, I came back to Celtic Heroes to find that I had not received my reward, but instead I got a message in my mail from "SUPPORT TEAM", subject "Offerwall Fraud", "One Thumb Mobile has detected suspicious offerwall activity. You will be unable to receive offerwall platinum for 24 hours. Further suspicious activity may result in account investigation with possible account and device bans". Am I going to be banned for completing this offer by purchasing a booster pack iAP from Mobile Strike to complete the offer earlier? Is this not allowed? I did not see any rules for these offers, I am sorry for this. If I have done something wrong let me know.

To add to this, I have waited an additional two days since the message had deleted itself. On the support tab it indicated a 2 day wait period. By the time of writing, it has been hours over the expected period that I receive my platinum. I have emailed OTM about this, and they have so far been unresponsive to any of my issues for the better part of a week. The only response given was from a community manager. These transactions are normally instantaneous.
I'm not going to lie, but I'm feeling a bit ripped off by this. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth that it was all for naught. I'm feeling that I midghtnt ever get a response from One Tap at this point. Does it normally take this long for tickets?

Looking forward to see what Muldar says about this, but is Fyber one of the free plat options OTM has available in app? I don't remember it being an option. If it isn't an option that might be the issue as OTM has probably organized and negotiated offers and deals with those certain 3rd parties for the free plat offers and doesn't want outside companies sneaking through.

The Offerwall Suspicious Activity Warning is an automatic message sent out by the server when a client is detected of completing an excessive amount of offers within a select time frame.
Multiple notifications of this message will result in the Support Team investigating an account.
The Platinum rewards are handled by 3rd party companies of which the offer was completed with.
Any issues with said offers should be handled by tapping the "Need Help" button at the bottom of the Offerwall page.

Fyber, one of the big three currently advertising their offers on the iOS platform does not have a workable support service. Upon going into the support tab, you are greeted with nothing but information regarding the offer and an option to report uncompleted, unverified offers.

I've been over the Fyber page a hundred times, and there is no further option to contact customer support. I hope I'm not just missing it. NativeX for sure has this option, and so does SuperSonicAds. They both redirect you to the safari page where you can get actual support.

Further information:
I have completed another offer for Fyber. It was the Game of War "upgrade your HQ to level 15" offer for 900 odd platinum.
The wait time was 22 hours.
It has been two days.
Still haven't received a single thing for either of my offers I have completed.

It has been a week of dead air. No email reply has been sent. What further action can I take or do I just keep waiting?
