Journal of magic

What do I do with the journal of magic? It says the elder Marvin is interested in it...but she doesn't seem to be?
The Journals of Magic are the required hand in for the Quest: Journals of Magic, given by Elder Morven at the Temple of Belenus. They can also be used for the repeatable version of this quest, More History to Obtain given by the same NPC.
Elder Morven will not take these items from you unless you have one of the appropriate quests in your quest log and have collected the full amount of them required (3) to complete the quest.
