Lost quest items

Hi, so I sent support a message about a week ago and I haven't received any reply.
I was looking at quests and due to device crashing I clicked on the dg quest giver to see what I needed for certain quests. It didn't give me the option to look at the quests, and instead turned in a quest for the gloves automatically. Can I get my items back? I don't even want dg gloves.
