As far as I am aware the offerwalls tend to provide slightly different offers and rewards depending on device and OS version and these offers are linked to your device ID.
I do not know of any specific rules that restrict you from being able to take the same or similar offer on another device although we do monitor accounts for abuse of the offerwall system. If a large number of offers are taken in a 24 hour period you may get a message displayed that informs you you have hit the limit allowed.
