I am posting here because I don't know how else to contact OTW. I see Muldar posting, but the forum won't allow me to PM him, so I'm posting this as a general topic. I had an issue with my account and was told to contact "appeals" if I have any questions. I have sent three emails in the past week with no response. Is there a way to get someone to respond?

You aren't going to get a response if u go about it this way and send more than one email especially so soon

Appeals aim to replay to all emails within 7 - 14 days, your additional emails asking for a response will only delay the procedure.

You have also not provided enough account information, please resend your appeal with the following:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
