Offer wall missing platinum - they have directed me to contact OTM

I have completed 2 Offerwall offers on Fyber and they have claimed that their Database shows that the Platinum has been paid, but it hasn't. I received an in-game Mail from OTM when I completed the Offerwall telling me that I wouldn't be able to receive any Platinum for 24 hours as their was suspected Fraudulent Activity, and if it happened again they may look into my account (I just completed some high-value offerwalls) so I'm sure it has something to do with it.
How do I get the platinum that I'm owed? I actually paid money for it!

Send an email to
[email protected] with the details and any screenshots and they will investigate further.
I will notify them of this issue.

Okay, have emailed. Any ETA on when they will respond? It has been over a week since I done the Offerwalls.. i don't want to have to wait another 2 weeks for it to be resolved

Support aim to reply within 7 - 14 days.

Any chance this can be accelerated?
7-14 days is an extremely long time to have to wait for a Missing Platinum ticket.
