Hi, Ita been a long time since I've played this game and now since I got my iPad rebooted, I decided to download CH and get back, my character Corlone on Mabon is around 216 or 217, I don't remember because it's been more than a year since I've played. When I tried to login, the game told me that my account has been banned for breaking terms of service, they told me to email the customer service and I did. It's been more than a week now and I've still got no reply.... I didn't want to make this post on the forum but what do I have to do to get my account back? [img][img][*][/img][/img]

I would post a screenshot of the mail I sent a week ago but I'm not able to post screenshots, but will I ever get a reply or...?

What was the email address you contacted the team at? Support@ or Appeals@?

I've been unable to find anything with the keywords "Corlone" or "Corleone"

I emailed them at appeals, I sent the mail on 29th June, I also PMd you about it now and I posted a screenshot on the other post, my account username is Hulk1998 but my characters name is Corleone., I mailed them about my username. Should I send one more mail with more information?
