Lost character

I have a lost toon, it was accidentally deleted. This happened around a month or so ago. I sent a request to support, and waited patiently for about a week and a half. Support had not replied to me, so I sent a message to muldar on forums, he told me to resend the request and what all info I should include. I did so, and here we are a month maybe closer to two months later and I still have not even gotten a reply from support! My toon is still not activated and I've patiently been waiting. And I realize a huge update is on the horizon, but not even a reply in 1-2 months? C'mon folks!
