Free platinum offer didn't work, pls help

It's been over a month since I completed the Mobile Strike lvl 15 offer for 1153 free plat. The support section of Fyber's free plat says I completed it, I have a screenshot. I've emailed OTM support and Fyber support multiple times for help, but no response.
OTM if you're listening can you pls help me?

Same thing with the lvl 10 citadel offer on Final Fanatasy something : New empire or something. I did it but it didnt give me anything.
Also, why do plat offers vary? My best offer is 115 plat from this final fantasy when this guy gets 1153 or my US friend got 660 from the final fantasy offer. Why do I have to do same offer for x6 less plat?

Also, why do plat offers vary? My best offer is 115 plat from this final fantasy when this guy gets 1153 or my US friend got 660 from the final fantasy offer. Why do I have to do same offer for x6 less plat?
I recently did the final fantasy one and got 660 also
Maybe change device settings to us? Idk

Did that, didnt help.
For years I was never able to do free plat offers because it wasnt enabled for my region. Now when I finally can, my highest offer is 115, my second highest is 19 plat. Not only that, the offer the OP is speaking about giving him 1153 plat, offers me only 19 plat.
I dont know if to be offended by that.

The company that hosts the Offerwall will typically adjust reward values based on geolocation.
As these are run to be user acquisitions for the app you complete the offer with, different values will be assigned to regions based upon location, a number of people targeted etc.
Fun marketing fact of the day.

We are currently working through a large influx of Support emails due to the launch of cross platform play, hence the delay.
Could you also send them your reply from Fyber Support?
