Cross platform help.

Hi, im currently trying to setup bluestacks to play on my character on lugh. heres my problem:

With the cross platform update i can log a new account ive made on lugh (as long as its made on bluestacks)
but i cant log into my IOS account (made back in like 2011)
Other users from around same area (on android tablets / phones) what im emulating can log into the IOS account on the android device.

Returned error: Username / password incorrect

What ive tried:
generic things like restarting, reinstalling game and emulator
Changing password
Changing email
The reason i changed email is because to test if there is a connection between them i tried reset password on the emulator, this returned that the email was incorrect therefore the account isnt found in the database full stop. Here is a lvl 1 toon i made on new account on lugh on PC. was hyped for using PC for it but so far been constant problems. any ideas on what i need to do? (game says fully supported on the device when i check)

As of yesterdays patch all conflicted accounts should receive an in-game notification upon login, the temporary fix linked is now inapplicable.

If you are still receiving details incorrect notifications please contact our Support Team at [email protected] with your account details and we shall assist in account recovery.

Ive contacted multiple times over the last few weeks and no response. my email has for some reason become untied to my account and my password (that i only changed recently before my email stopped working) no longer works on the account to change the name.
because of this i cant change my username to a new one. ^^
