Can't log on to account on iOS but no problem on android

Hi there,
When I try to log onto one of my accounts on iPhone it keeps telling me that I have an incorrect name or password. However, when I use my android tablet, the account works fine.. I would really like to access this account from my iPhone. Can this be fixed?

I'm having the same exact problem. One of my accounts works on both, but one only works on android.

Otm likely merged the iOS logins with android without merging the android into the iOS.

For anyone having issues logging an account in-game previously made on the opposite platform.
iOS device trying to log an Android account - Can you enter your username + ^Android
Eg: MuldarTest^Android on sign in.
Android device trying to log an iOS account - Can you enter your username + ^iOS
Eg: MuldarTest^iOS on sign in.
i tried this and it worked
