Cant log into old ios acc and now new android accout

an ios account i made in 2011 is unaccesible and when i tried to change usernames something failed in the process and now i cannot log into new android account
please help me recover both accounts both have a username of [Removed]

Your username appears to be un-conflicted on the database.
Which means your username change went through, are you able to login with the updated username you set?
I'll remove your username from your post.

my android account works now but i think i foregot the password to my ios account i have sent an email regarding password recovery

nvm about my android acc i was using the wrong password but i would still like help recovering my ios acc
