Celtic Heroes

I play celtic heroes on my android tablet many years, but giving quite big breaks due to the real life.

I was lvl 111 ranger once upon a time, but after the gelebron patch I dedicated my self and leveled up to lvl 177+ (was in 2016 , can't remember which lvl I was exactly).
I upgraded my gear through though quests , bought plat and bought many accessories available for lvl 161, I started to fight in gelebron tower for farming and exp.

Now logging back to game , I found my ranger in server Lir "Pyre" has rolled baack to lvl 111!

It was a huge time, effort and progress for me also real life money used for plats.

I hope the server holds character history backups, in order to let you check and restore my char.

Even the chars I created and played as an alt vanished or go back to their initial state when main char was 111. I don't even remember my rogue and druid details.

Just I want to save my account, main char "Pyre" in server Lir, and I played celtic heroes always with one, single account, single character and supported game with many plat purchased.

I already write an in-game support ticket.

Hope the issue resolves soon.
