Celtic Heroes

Seems after the recent server issues my login & password simply brings me to create a new character. I uninstalled, cleared cache, re-installed a few times.
I emailed OTM, but from what I have been reading it might be a wasted effort.
Do I simply start a new character, and forget about the old one?

Start a new character, from this menu select your normal server. Then go back to the character list and you should be able to select your character from here.
