New Password is not being sent to email

I have tried multiple times to get a new password sent to my email for my account . It's been atleast 12 hours and I haven't even got one back at all. It's not like I'm sending it to the wrong email. It says "new password has sent to email" . I go and check my spam folder and inbox and nothing comes up. How long do I have to wait ?

You're not alone. I've already sent in 4 support letters about this too and nothing.

The password email reset service is currently down but we are working to restore functionality asap.

Please contact [email protected] with the following details and we can manually update your password.

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Muldar, I've sent an email to support with that information and got no reply, and I also messaged you like you asked on my thread. Should I send an email again?

Also I have sent email too? I haven't been able to play . Untill I get the email
