LOST ITEMS

I lost my items on ah in balor lag problem. I wrote to support on game, but no one back to me for this problem.
I lost near 15 parts items... I have near 15m worth damaged...
I m waiting for 1 mounth. Tell me, do u fix that?
My characters has got prolems are ;
HACI / GORQ / HEPHA / HACII

You need to provide item names in your ticket.
Looking at the Support Requests on HACI I can see you have informed the team of missing items but have not provided any further details.

Please submit this in a in-game Support Ticket.
The team can then review your item history and track down any missing items.

Just a rough approximation, it helps in tracking.

Been half a year since I lost my items. I even send a ticket again because Muldar suggested to do so. And been 2 months since I even thought about them
