No reply about my password

Good morning,

I tried to change my password, with registered e-mail, but I did not receive the e-mail for exchange, and for 3 weeks I have sent e-mail to the support with all the data, but no answer. What should I do?

Is your registered email a @hotmail address? There seems to be issues with our ISP sending to these addresses.

Please ensure your support email contains the following:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Yes my email is outlook. I writed this informs. There is no type of support return, not even if the emails were received.
