Lost account

I emailed support on the 28th of July, I sent them everything they needed for the account and got a automated response in reply asking for all the info I just sent them. I have still yet to get a reply can someone give me an update please

Could you reply to their email with the information requested.
I understand you provided it in your first email but this helps them keep a record and speeds up the process.

You appear to have replied with
"Hiya I sent everything you needed in the first email? Is this just an automated email I'm presuming"
Please reply to their email with the requested information in the format they outlined.
