Luxury shop refund

I sent a support ticket a week ago on the 21st or 22nd asking for a refund on the luxury items I bought that same day. I've not got a reply yet and don't want the time to run out before I can get a refund. Sent the ticket from my Rogue on Lugh named Katalia.

Refund meaning?? I dont think you can get back a refund feom luxury shop.

They do I've had a few off them in the past but I think u get a week before u can't refund the item.
