Second time posting about this issue on forums kinda getting annoying.
I have reset my password through the email reset password method and it says that the new password has been send to my email address but nothing has come through.
I have double checked spam folder and everything and made sure its the right email I've checked.

This issue is getting really annoying as I just wanna play.
Please help

So apparently the reset password service is down. I had the same issue and I PMed Muldar (through the website) to try to get my account back. It took quite a while but I did get it back eventually, so I'd suggest messaging him with info about your account.

Would need at least your character name and server played on to be able to investigate the issue. Preferably via PM but you would require another 3 posts before you would be able to do this.
