receiving celtic heroes email not working

i am dock i have a lvl 170+ warrior on world taranis i used the reset password system put the correct email and pass and it was succesful and it said new pass sent to email... so i go into my email which is [email protected] and i cant RECEIVE any celtic heroes emails bc none appear... i really wana get my account back and with my new account atm im trying to register my account with my new email [email protected] everythings succesfull then i go to my email and NOTHING from celtic heroes appears shows up or even exists please help

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

i have sent a message to [email protected] useing the email that is linked to the account that is lost i hope they will reply soon... its a high lvl warr thank you
