Hello! Ive sent support an email about me forgetting my password and i have told them all the information i can about the account Username, character, Etc but they keep responding to me with the same email even though i gave them all the information they listed in the email. Please help! I want to get back to playing ASAP!!!

Replying back with "I've already provided the information" etc only slows down the process.
