Not receiving reset pass

Hi im TragicShot a lvl 201 ranger on the server Balor. I reset my password using my email and it said a email has been sent to my email but its been 20+ hours and ive got nothing sent to my email...I can no longer log my account..please help me on how I can fix this. I do not know what to do
