Accidentally bought the wrong type of Chest

I recently bought 100 Rimebound chests for 4000 platinum when I meant to purchase 100 Aeon chests. I was hoping I could get them exchanged. I sent an ingame support a few days ago and haven't got any responses

Minor issues but idk anything about platinum side of things.
As a player I know that it’s fairly simple to take away 100 chests and just send you 100 chests using support tool.
But from a developer side I am not sure if they are allowed to play around with platinum items since it’s involves real money and end game items. Because there might be some agreement with Apple

Been a week and still no response from support.

According to Muldar support ticket can take up to 14 days, probably excluding weekends too.
If he wasn't on holiday, he can look up the status for you, but he is away and won't be back til Oct 5.
I'm still waiting on a ticket from July 4, 2017 so you aren't the only one waiting.

They refunded me the platinum!
