Months ago I complained as id been waiting for a stupidly long time for a password reset and the fact you give no automated feedback to confirm you have the request. Muldar told me it would be reset over next 5 days as my ticket had enough detail. Support replied telling me to provide more and I did. Months have gone by and still nothing.
1: how can it take this long to reply to a pw reset
2: where is the feedback system that either provides information on how big the queue is or at least informs us that you have our request. Because I'm often left thinking have they got it? And should I send another just in case? Especially after months and months of waiting
