I am asking for your guidance to resolve this issue which is absolutely not of my making these accounts are extremely important please restore them or tell me how to as quickly as possible it's no fun to play without your characters that u have devoted so many hours and vast amounts of money in order to enjoy this game and it is far from joy when I was unable to use all the usernames and passwords I always have and had to approach u to get the situation resolved.
