I can not log in to my account. I have a rogue that is lvl 221 and a druid that is lvl 1.. My username is [REMOVED]. I had not played on them in months. I just came back and could not log in.

Is it possible for me to retrieve my account if I had not registered a email on that account? Also, I already sent a request in the support tool in game. Should I send an email too?

I sent a support ticket weeks ago, still not getting an reply.

I got my password back and played for a few days until, I was logged out of my account and it said "incorrect username or password" again. @muldar can you help?

There have been no additional password changes on the account, it appears to still be set as the password Support provided you with.

I have tried the password that support gave me but it does not appear to be working anymore.

Could you attempt to login now?

Should allow you to sign in.
