Celtic Heroes

I got disconnected from server every 5 secs after log in to the game. I started download this game from April, got same problem 'til now. I tried like 20 times redownload, reinstall, check ram rom etc, asked for help... But i still need more help, please help me. I really want to play this game.
P/s: sorry for bad english, im Japanese (maybe it blocked in Tokyo?)
