So I focus on leveling and skip a few quest how do I unlock Hogan the ragged shop? It says to talk to lord mclir but nothing happen I did most sv quests

Maybe you didn’t completed even the starter quest line, which starts at the pier in Heroes Landing and ends by talking with Lord MacLir in Farcrag Castle about the problems in Croockback Hollow. After this you can talk with Bogan.

I forgot if I did the starter quest but my toon was made before new castle and new beginner quest line when mobs were called darkpict instead of draken. I check pier crook castle lir shalmravine no quest. My quest atm is the evil in sv idk if that part of that
