Celtic Heroes

Title says all, I have a 163 ranger (around that level) on that account. The characters name is Ultima and the character has orange hair. The world that the account is in is Sulis and I used to play in 2013 and into 2014. I made a platinum purchase more than a few times, one on the date 08/25/2015. I have the receipt number and everything. Please help me find my old account support team :p

- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Thanks for looking into in, and as a matter of fact I don't think that account does have an email, I created that one before it was mandated to have one. I sent the support team another email regarding the name, level, and what the character looks like. I also gave some transaction numbers and dates. I'll send another email with more information to make it easier, thanks bud!
