I sent out an email to appeals on October 12 and haven’t got any reply yet. My email for diff accs are ([email protected]) & ([email protected]) I also pmed muldar for something. I know that everyone in the office are working hard and are busy, however, I would like to know how long does it take? Sorry to bother...

Appeals take up to 2 weeks to process appeals, however, sometimes it can take a bit longer. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks, hopefully they can get back to you by then :-)
It is about 7 pm for them, so they are most likely out of office right now, but hopefully Muldar will respond to your pm tomorrow.
