Are they able to tell us who the last person was that we traded with or sent mail to and what items were sent?

Muldar is usually helpful about this if he has the time. I know he has helped several people track down missing items.
However, Support usually don't bother, i've had plenty of requests asking where my mail went to, and zero responses.
