WORST SUPPORT AND APPEALS TEAM

Its already few months since I requested help for my hack and (no reason) banned account and still nothing happened. Staffs here are for just fvcking money only and dont care about what will happen to other players, if its either they get ban or hack. Also when you sent a PM they will reply 1-2 weeks or months. Been playing this game for many years and they cant even help a single person.
