Accounts not working after update

Hi,
After I have updated the game both my accounts for my ranger and warrior are unable to login. It keeps telling me that my password is wrong and when I go to reset it, it tells me that the username or email address I have entered cannot be found. I know that both password and email address I have entered is correct. Both these accounts are conflicting accounts so I did enter ^ios. If I could get help in resolving this issue it would be much appreciated.

I’ve got same problem, on ^ios accounts is says username or password wrong, even if reset password, and without the ios get conflicting accounts.

This is the same problem I'm having after updating the game. Reset Pw and it still says says Pw incorrect.

Thanks for reporting, we will be handling this issue tomorrow when we are back in office.

Please ensure your account details are correct and if you are prompted with the account conflict notice that you proceed through username modification.
(If you receive an error while doing so we will assist in manually de-conflicting your account.)
