Account login issue

Hi,
I have already posted this issue on the General Discussion Page, but not sure if that is the right page to post on. After I updated the game both my ranger and warrior are unable to login. The game tells me that my username/password are incorrect, which they cannot be since I haven't changed it in ages. So I go and change my password, but then the game tells me that my email is incorrect. Both my accounts are conflicting accounts, so I did add the ^ios. This is the first time this issue has come up in the years that I have played this game. If I could get assistance in solving this issue it would much appreciate. Thank you.
