Game will not update on my tablet..or load up now - it just states update required and to click the update button - and when I log in on my phone - my account characters are not here anymore ..it is like a fresh install and I have to start from the beginning

Make sure that you are trying to connect to the correct server.

May be a good idea to attempt a fresh install after force closing both Celtic Heroes and the app store. (Listing should be Nov 7th)

For your phone, you are most likely signed into a different world server.

Sign into your account and proceed through character creation, then tap the globe icon found on the left before entering play.

This will allow you to change worlds to that which you previously made characters on.
