Need help with account

Character name: godslight
Server: epona
When I type username and password and click login it says (account conflict PW account name is conflicted change required) doesnt allow me to go to character slot just the log in part. I tried adding ^iOS thing to my username but just says (ALERT username and password incorrect) hope this helps
