“Admin” is another forum account for “Richard” right? i need his advice about my account. i can’t send a message back to him because “admin” has his pm disabled..

see.. i wish it was that simple, but when i send a ticket it always just stops half way for some reason.. first ticket i send was in 2013 and still haven’t had a response.. i started like 10 and all died half way. At this point I don’t want spend 3 months go get to the same spot and be left on open. PMing Admin is most effective way since he is most likely Richard the CEO..

As he is the CEO he does not typically handle account issues, for that you will have to contact the team.
