Let me just start this off by saying I'm not mad or anything. I just want the issue resolved because these items were part of collections and when I don't have them the collection is ruined. Can you provide me with the name of the character you submitted the ticket on and I can check its status.

I believe it was Headless. World was Epona.

First allow me to say sorry. The tickets for lost items due to issues with mails are currently still being looked into.
The main issue is that it takes time for the team to be able to back track the items and return those that have gone missing.
Please be assured that no ticket has been ignored.
They shall be returned when we know which items to place back into the account.
