Lost item on ah (again again again)

I lost my item on ah again. Action expired but item didnt came back. Just deposit came back...
I wrote to support but still no one helped...

I've looked into your issue further today and restored the missing items.
Wyldshrine Bracelet of the Mountain
Brightstone Amulet of the Poacher
Runic Quiver of Savagery
All should be in your mail box when you login.

Poacher and Wyld lost on JULY. I wrote a lot of post but couldnt get back... TY Ty Ty again...
I have same problems on my other characters too...
Please can u check them too?
