Hello,
I sent in an support question last week on my Character Ellan on Belenus.
How long does it normally take to get an answer, if you have any guidelines.

Hi hi!
I am sorry that support is taking a little longer than normal.
We are working through the back log as quickly as possible.
Winter has just meant more illness going around!
If you still have not heard of a response please feel free to PM me and I shall see what may be taking up the time.
Support aim to reply to all tickets within a 24hour time span (apart from weekends/Mondays - since we don't work weekends and Monday is catch up day!)
But if you ever feel like you need an update then please PM me and I shall see what I can do to help (Please only do this if you have been waiting for 3days+, not including weekends)
