Missing items.. Muldar?

I tried pming you but no success. Anywho. I used to play 5 years ago on ios. I had to get a new phone and went to android so lost my account. I just found out about the cross platforming. I remembered my old account and logged in with no issues. After looking around my character, I realized my focus of seer (350K) was missing. I logged into my brothers account and realized his quiver of fire (lvl 100) was also gone. The ONLY person we EVER shared items with was with each other (can't scam each other when we lived 2 feet apart, haha), plus it was only lux. Im baffled as to where our items went for I retained everything else. I contacted support twice in the last month and no reply.
