Muldar, I have opened my ticked and chatted with you a while ago last month in regard with my issue with the glitched Dragon Hatching eggs and none tradable alt books.
I have followed your advice and sent in-game ticket last month, and it seems that it has never been dealt with. I have been very busy with work deals as it closes to end of the year. Could you please take a look of my in-game tickets or bring it up to escalate. Should you inquire any additional information, please feel free to contact me in game or via forums.

Hey Will,

Had a look into the case for you, appears the support Team replied previously with:

"Hello, we cannot see the tiny green dragon item as being on this character. Please make sure that you are sending in this ticket from the correct character/account - Support "

The dragons do not drop as "dragons" but rather as "Dragon Hatching Eggs". I've had a look through your characters item history but the only reference to this item on iWill is dated 28/11, much later than your ticket was submitted.
(The server should automatically push any items gained from chests to your inventory which is also stored on the server, any game crashes should not affect this)

Could you double check you were on the correct character when this occurred as I am unable to find logs of this item being gained.

As to the Alt Books, I shall notify the team and see if we can get that sorted for you.
