Account name Conflicted

I have an account in the game which was on IOS , I have been playing on and off for more than 4 years and have a Rogue on Epona at level 187 , I keep getting the message that my account name is Conflicted when I try to log on on iOS and Android ( I tried on Android since I read that the game is now cross platform ) , I've sent an email to support and haven't gotten an email , I'm trying to understand how to figure this out
